Is the new counter service Mexican restaurant on Dining Plan?? It says no on wdwinfo.com but that doesn't make sense. Thanks alll!!

Yes, it is on the dining plan.

If you are looking at the 2011 dining plan it will not be on that list yet, because it is not operated by Disney.
