New Code

Tried for the new code this morning for April 18-23. Nothing available. Called at 6am our time and I was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes and they didn't have anything for those dates. Anyone have any luck? This is the 3rd code I've tried. It is really getting discouraging, seems they are only for the resorts.

Did you try CIE? I think that is the one for the campsites.

Good luck!

The problem is probably that CIE has been out for a while now and that probably helped book up a lot of cabins and lots they were seeing without reservations. The new code is applicable to FtW but it is directed more towards the other resorts that did not get a code prior to now like FtW did.

Try CIE - its been a year now, but when there was a code last year for FtW I booked it very late into its offering and still got a cabin.

I have tried every code that has been released including the one for FW the day it was released with no luck.

I am so sorry. CIE was definately aimed at FtW to bring up occupancy. I guess the lull in campers is over. I would keep trying, though. Someone may cancel.

I tried for every weekend in April and May, with a couple different codes, and nothing is available. I even tried the weekends without using a code, and they say there's nothing available!

When was the CIE code for? is that the one you had to use your Disney visa with?

No, you don't need a Disney Visa to use the CIE code. Go to mousesavers.com for the details! :teeth:

I got the cabins for $169 per night using the CIE code on February 25. Not that long ago. Just keep trying.

I called yesterday at 5pm and got the AP code applied to my reservation for a campsite starting on 2 May for 8 nights. The BBY code was also available but the AP code gave me a larger discount. I was really surprised that they still had codes available since it was so widely advertised in advance and I didn't call till late in the day.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

We just decided yesterday to try to plan a short trip for right after school gets out. I called yesterday evening at 8 p.m. and was on hold for 30 minutes. I got an AP rate for 3 nights--June 8-11. I was not able to get an AP rate for our late June trip. Oh, well, I saved about 10 bucks a night for the short trip.

Do any of these codes—old or new—apply to October 2004 FW cabin ressies (made last week with AAA discount but I didn't know anything else to try at the time)?

Forgive my ignorance! But I used a code for a January trip, that worked out great -- but after reading here about an "older" code that may still work (maybe it was just for camping tho) I thought I would hopefully, if naively, ask.

If there's not one now, do you think there's hope one will be released for October that I can apply? October's probably a pretty hearty camping season, so hope that won't be a deterrant to Those That Would Give Codes, ha.

Sorry if this is a typical and redundant question. But I really would appreciate any input! Thanks!!

weformickey - I just clued in to the fact that the week you are trying for is april vacation week for the northeast - or at least for MA. Other schools have the week of Easter off. That's why there is no availability.
