I called today ( 1-30-04) about code CIE and was told that it is not available. It was either sold out or is not yet available. ( according to 407WDISNEY)

I was able to get the discount just the other day through "Dreams", it came to $188/night including tax. Maybe it is sold out, but I would keep trying!
