New Chat with MS feature

Wow, guess since they are just getting "Chat" started, if all they can do is guide you through making an online reservation, that's severely limiting available assistance.

I will hope that in the future this will change so that they can help with modifying reservations etc. through the chat feature.

HUH? No one said anything about chat replacing MS. It's just an easier way to access MS than the phone line was. I for one, LOVE the feature! Besides, online chatting with MS agents reduces the problem of not understanding some of the accents that I have trouble with sometimes.
