Can't say I blame them. From a business standpoint, it made sense to do so.

But them blaming it on the fee cap is just silly. They knew, everyone in the know knew, about the coming changes before they even made the debit card. IMO it's nonsense of them to blame it on that. Didn't stop them from doing so, but still, it's silly.


I wish the OP would come back and edit her post, so that the post doesn't keep on getting people excited.

I just signed up for this card, they don't tell you how long it takes to receive the card. Anyone have any idea how long it takes???

Also, since they make you put a transfer into your account - I put $25 from my TD checking acct. I logged onto Chase and it says I have a $0 balance??? LOL help???
