New character.

I made a character book from the web site and I found this character named Florace (pretty sure that's name). Anyway they said that he was a classic cartoon. He was found at the Toontown sign in June 2006. He's eaither a horse or a cow. I've never heard of him or seen him.

It's Horace Horsecollar from classic Disney Silly Symphony productions. He usually goes with ClaraBell Cow! They are my DD's (3) favorites!

I think you are thinking of Horace Horsecollar he is Clarabelle Cows boyfriend. He was created in 1929 by Ub Iwerks

This is Horace Horsecollar, I just found this pics on the net. I think he is one of those very very very rare characters to meet at parks, I think he only apeared on MNSSHP and MVMCP.

Oh yes, you are talking about Horace Horsecollar! He and Clarabelle the Cow are meetable characters at Disney World, as they were out a couple of days in June - not sure if they been out since! Horace is a classic, as he is in many of Walt Disney's earliest cartoon shorts with Mickey. If you ever seen the show House of Mouse on Toon Disney, Horace is the horse running the audio/visual system!
