I just finished traditions-- and it went by so fast, we didn't have time to go through everything in detail.
I am still confused about one thing:

We get 48 passes/year. Only 3 @ a time.
Are passes the same thing as "sign-ins"?
-->I was told it's 16 times/year, so 3x16=48 (not including myself)

How many hours do I work for each set of tickets earned? Is it 3 sign-ins for X number of hours? (Like for every 100 hours I get 3 sign ins-- so after 480 hours, I have maxed out my sign-ins)

Complimentary tickets I can just give and not need to be with them= 4/year
How and when I do I get those?

I was told I can "earn" more tickets by participating in company fitness programs or community service.

My siblings are CMs so I'll try to answer this as best as a I can off the top of my head since I can't ask them right now.

Passes are the same thing as sign-ins. You can sign in 3 people 16 times/year not including yourself. If you go with them then for 16 times/year that's up to 4 people including you. Make sure to check CM blockout dates though.

You get complimentary tickets separate from your 16/year that is good for any time once you reach certain hours or for a certain period. For those they are basically ticket vouchers and you can give them away as you please.

If you go solo you can go as many times a year as you want as long as it's not blocked out make sure you specify that it's only you going solo and don't use up one of your 16/year sign ins on accident. (I don't remember what my siblings say to specify that you are signing yourself in and not using one of the 16 sign ins).

You should get a pamphlet or something once your CM MEP(Main Entrance Pass) card arrives in the mail and hopefully that will explain it better.
