new bottle refill stations at cosmic ray's

I saw reported new water bottle refill stations are being installed at cosmic ray's in MK. Do you suppose it's filtered and not tap? Is it the water still that has that awful smell to it? I desperately want to carry a water bottle and refill it for my next trip with good quality water.

All the water coming from water fountain are filtered from the county. This specific one I believe has a second filter. If you want really good. Triple filtered water head to Starbucks.
These new machines are not operational yet so we don't know how the taste will be

Wonder if they fixed the bottle refill stations in front of the new restrooms at the entrance to Hollywood Studios? When my friend and I went in May they were not working and I emailed Disney to let them know.
