New Booking Rules - Need Help

Let's say I want to book the following at VB:
Sun July 26 - Th July 30 (with points)
Fri July 31 and Sat Aug 1 (with cash if I can get cash ressies)
Sun Aug 2 - Wed Aug 5 (with points)

Do I call MS on July 26 for the first request and then call again on Aug 2 with the second request? Or, because this isn't a full week, I still need to call day by day to book? I've never done this before, so I didn't quite follow the old rules, much less the new ones!

I haven't finished this vacation, (Daytona Beach/Wilderness Lodge - 11 days to go!!! ) and am already planning the next! Next year will be our first vacation to VB with our new VB points, and I can't wait!!!

Honestly, I have no idea. I am guessing that since you are limited to 7 days of booking max, that you would have to call Aug 26 (11 months out from arrival, not 12) and again on Sept 2nd.
