new bcv views to try

I usually ask for a woods view or sometimes Epoct view and I am thinking to try a pool view. My question is how noisy are the pool views? It seems at pool level there are echos. How about a courtyard view?

We had a pool view a few years ago on the 4th floor I think and did not notice any great amount of noise. We did hear people in the pool if the door to the balcony was open but it was not a problem. We were directly over the pool in a 2 br that had 2 balconies - one off the living room and one off the second bedroom. I don't like ground level rooms so can't comment since we have never had one.

In 25 stays at BCV, I thinks I have had them all except Courtyard, which would probably be my least favorite anyway. I started out perferring EPCOT views for Illuminations. Now I favor pool views for the people watching.

Noise shouldn't be problem unless you leave your balcony door open. If you have a pool view and like to keep the drapes open, the pool lights are kept on all night, and people will be in the pool and spa till the wee hours.

Thanks for the responses. Me and my family have been in the hot tub at midnight during our trips home and I always think we are too loud!! I think I will try for a pool view this November. I didn't make any requests for certain views, so possibly at check-in I could ask.

Oh! so you're the ones making all the noise! Just kidding.
I would call MS and put in your request now, waiting till check-in will greatly reduce your chances of getting what yoiu want.
At BCV I have seen folks in the hot tub and the pool at 3am, not that it ever bothered me it's great seeing people having a good time.
