NEW BCV member, What next

Hi,

I just received our DVC pin number so I can get into the DVC web site.
We bought a resale at BCV.

1. Do we get a welcome packet, DVC card, etc. in the mail? We got our email with pin Aug. 22nd.
2. I was thinking about booking a Sun-Thursday Feb. 3rd - 7th 2008. Anyone know if that might be open this late for a 1 bedroom at BCV?
3. If BCV is not avail. in early Feb. any other resorts you think might be avail. on these dates for a 1 bedroom?
4. We already have park tickets, what are the other, BEST DVC Discounts and deals we should make sure we take advantage of?

4. DDP might be good. There are discounts for tours and other thing. Wait till you get your packageg then log onto the owners site. There are a few discounts to take advantage of.

If you dine out every lunch and dinner at a nice restaurant, we have found DDE to be a great deal over DDP. Just a thought.

Steve, call MS (the number should have been in your email) and they can give you the rest of what you need to register at the member website.

Depending upon timing, you may even be able to book your first ressie with MS.

We were able to do this. Our welcome package has not arrived as yet either, but we are already booked.
