Last year when DD was at the BBB I asked about the hairstyle choices being updated any time soon and she had mentioned they were coming out with new styles but it wouldn't be for several months. Well we are headed back (one year later) and I can't find anything showing new styles.

Crossing fingers they have something a little more princess like and a bit less street walker like...

I hope they have updated! We r going in Feb. & my girls want to go back to BBB. They loved it!

Yes I always feel bad for the girls who have been to the BBB. Their hair is always pulled back so tight it looks painful. There has to be a better option.

Also could they introduce an adult version of BBB for adults? Disney is really missing out on having a princess themed spa.

The hairstyle keeps us from there. What Neanderthal thought of that? NONE of the princesses have their hair style tight!

I agree they should do an adult version on BBB

My niece did it about a month ago and as far as I know there were no updated styles. At least I doubt my sister in law would subject my niece to that style if there were better options.

And Im jumping on board with adult BBB. If anyone watched Big Bang, the ladies on the show appear to have gotten it done on their trip to DL and Im always envious. princess:

If you go to the Spa at the GF, little girls can have the flower girl experience with far better hairstyles and just as much glitter ;)

after years of doing ballet buns and stage makeup... there is not much the Bibbiti Bobbiti can do that I can't do better and for much less $$

I agree! We're on enough of a budget as it is, and still have 1 1/2 yrs of saving to do. After seeing photos of my cousin's girls, I knew I could do just a good. I found a crown, very similar to what they use, for about $3 (it wasn't plastic either) during Halloween, so I got it in case I couldn't find one closer to time. My DD is only 2 now & will be 4 when we go. She likes frilly skirts, better than the dress up clothes, so I started collecting up a few skirts on clearance and will get her some leggings to go under them when it gets closer.

They sell the mini tiaras (metal with rhinestones) used at BBB in several of the shops around the parks. Last I looked, they were $10. We took DD to BBB on our first or second day at WDW a few years ago, and then I copied the hairstyle before heading to the parks several other days.
