Greetings!
Although I've been busy and resisting the urge to flood the CB with digital madness, I've received five PM's the past week asking when I'd be posting new pictures. That's more than my ego can resist. I hope more parents will post their kids. There's nothing less-offensive than an infant!
The picture below shows Kim sitting with her favorite buddy. She's now smiling at the drop of a hat, and "conversing" via "ohs" and "coos." However, Amy didn't really appreciate my father teaching her how to stick out her tongue, which seems to be her favorite parlor trick. She just had her shots and weighed in at 10 lb 3 oz at the ten week mark. In a nutshell, parenthood rocks. All's set for a late April/early May trip to WDW. I hope to see some fellow Disers on that trip.
As a side note, Amy's just finished a labor of love, writing back everyone kind enough to write her and provide an address. Between family and friends combined with DIS letters, she's pumped out over 300 birth announcements, and I'm proud of her. She asked me to pass on that if you contacted us and haven't been contacted back, she's sorry, she tried to get to everyone, and each and every correspondence meant something to her. All are being saved in a scrap book we hope to give Kimberly one day, including the note from Arlo Guthrie letting Amy know she was missed at his Epcot performance this year!
Happy Holidays to all!
