New Attractions at Islands of Adventure

We are spending a day at Islands of Adventure at the end of April --does anyone know if there are any new attractions that have opened within the past two years. We aren't going to Universal just Islands of Adventure. Thank you.

I was just there this weekend and I was wondering when they are going to make some new attractions. I really wish they would ad some new rides over at Seuss landing. My kids really love that area but I get so tired of riding the same 3 rides. Does anyone know of any new attractions that they are planning for Seuss landing?

Seuss Landing doesn't have much room for expansion, so I don't think anything will be added there.

I actually would have thought that the mummy would have been suited to IOA but I suppose due to space etc it makes more economical sense

Thanks for the information. I would have thought that the Mummy ride would better suite IOA as well. Do you think it's worth it to try and get to both parks in one day? We've done each of the parts previously ---just wondering if it is worth the extra money and effort.

If Mummy is having soft openings by then, I would say it is definitely worth it.

We do both parks in one day all the time. I get there early and go to IOA and stay there until after lunch and then go over to US. I don't have to ride everything every time I go, I guess that is why my family can do both parks in one day.
I think that the Mummy is over at US because at IOA everything has a theme. I can't think of where the Mummy would fit in at IOA.

I wonder if anything will be expanded in IOA. That would be great for such a great park!
