New AP rate - they are having problems can't book on phone

Called 3 times and can't get a CM that knows how to apply this code:mad:
Like one of the pp mentioned, the QIJ code is for three days or less. They can't seem to figure out how to get 4 days or more.

I will keep calling, but I can't book online because I already have a ressie and it's paid in full, I just want to apply the new rate to my existing res. for march.

Same issue here. QIJ doesn't work for more than 3 nights and the CM's can't get it to work without the correct 3 letter code which nobody seems to know. Oh well, it's good to see I have company in my misery!! I've called 5 different times with the same result each time.

I double checked my email confirmation and there isn't a 3 letter code anywhere on it ... all it indicates is "Jan - Jun Passholder Room Only 4 + Nights"

The code is on my confirmation email: QMA

BUT, we have the passholder + dining package. (regular DDP) Staying 8 nights so it is the 4+ night code. Hopes this helps some of you! :goodvibes

We will be upgrading to APs during our trip in Feb and are looking to book a trip the end of May with dining. Do we pay $200 to reserve or is it one day's room rate? Thank you!

Oooh this is good to know....we have deluxe dining so I'll bet the code is slightly different. I will still call back again and give that code a try! Thanks for the post.

Call today to get the AP rate for our Feb trip. We already had a pin rate, but it looked like AP was a better deal. The CM checked the 3 letter code, and told me that was for internet only reserv. I told her that I knew they had AP rates. She then advised that the price was higher than the pin code. I asked nicely if she could check again as we had a 30% discount, and the new offer was 40%. (should have been cheaper) She asked if I would mine holding for a minute. No problem to save money:goodvibes She said she had something for us - she got us a rate that saved us another $220 that we had on the pin. While updating the new rate, she noticed the original reserv. had we were celebrating something. She wanted to update the system with what we were celebrating.(seems the original CM did not write down the reason we were celebrating) What a great way to start the year!!!

I called last night and after getting all the way through with the phone tree, I was disconnected! So I booked online and got my one night at Pop with delux dinning and got the discount. Paying $78 a night before taxes for a weekend night. Higher for the weekend and higher since it's less than 4 nights, but still a discount. (I move to the BWV the next day so only needed one night.)

if it helps....the CM had to talk to get help to make mine work...but whomever she talked to knew about the problem....I am sure they have had many calls like this by now and would be aware of how to fix.

sorry I didn't get the code:headache:;)

OK, now the codes that I know about are:
QIL that appears to be 1-3nts passholder room only
QMA that might be 4+nts passholder + DDP
QOU that might be 4+nts room only general public offer
QIK that might be 1-3nts passholder + QSDP
QIL that was mentioned by the CM I was speaking to but didn't get me what I needed, which was a code for: (drumroll please ;))
a code for passholder 4+nts with QSDP

I will try again today with the QMA code and see if that gets me anywhere:worship:

Wow, I'll tell you, Disney really makes you work for your discounts!

It took over 3 calls to Disney yesterday, but finally a CM was able to apply the discount :) $450 refund for a 5 night stay at CBR during Feb. Just wanted to say thanks for the help :)

I am trying to decide whether or not it is worth me buying an AP. Could anyone check the exact AP cost of BWI std view (2 adults, 3 kids 13,11,7)with all taxes... for March 11-15? I have a rough estimate but am not sure the exact total. Thanks so much for the help!

I called on the 1st and CM had no problem applying to our existing reservation.
I didn't even have a code, just asked for AP rates that just showed up on website. Got the 40% off value.

Just checked AP website and total would be 1194. for standard room.

If you get two rooms, do you get a discount on both rooms using an AP?

An AP room + dining plan reservation is considered a package, so it would be $200 to reserve with the balance due 45 days before check in.

You're welcome!

Can anyone tell me which month they usually release the AP and General Public Room Only discount codes for Early December?

TIA:)

This past year it was August, because I was staying at BLT at the time and I was there opening week. I happened to have my laptop with me, and made the reservation for December while I was there. But since they were very late releasing the discounts for January (late based on historical release dates) I think it's a good idea to just keep your eyes and ears open - they could open up any time.

BTW - has anyone noticed that the AP rates they had originally released for January were lower than the rates they have on the new AP deal? I booked 10 days at FW for $1670 on the original AP deal, but putting in the same dates now it's over $1800! I think the percentage dropped from 45 to 40. I'm glad I caught them on the first round!
