When buying special event tickets like MNSSHP and MVMCP I understand we can't get AP discounts until our AP is activated. Once activated, will Disney refund the price difference?

Not AFAIK. But the DVC discount has been the same as the AP discount for at least the past few years.

That said, I suppose you are asking because you are not eligible for Membership Extras.

As Carol stated, I don’t think they will refund the discount…but it certainly wouldn’t hurt to ask.

Correct. We have AP's, they're currently not activated but will be this fall.
