Probably not since they are non refundable tickets. However if you plan to activate them during the promotional period (before 1/3/17) there are several reports of Disney giving the 13 month pass to everyone even if it was purchased before 10/2. Sunday @ravenclawtrekkie (who works at WDW ticketing) posted on the theme park board that at least initially that is how it was being handled at Epcot. Others have confirmed receiving 13 months or contacting guest services and being told they'd be given the extra month if the pass was activated by 1/3so i thought i was being smart and bought my AP's end of September then they came out with the 13th month deal for pass bought oct 2nd to the end of the year. so my question can i call MS and redo the pass?
Well we personally prefer to go in later October but were going to go Columbus Day weekend next year to get in an extra trip with this year's AP. This will let us go later (with lower crowds hopefully) without having to renew to do so. The lack of price hike is also welcome. I suspect they will raise it after his promotion ends. Perhaps they are looking to raise it again when regular tickets go up again next year?Hate to say this....
Really? What are you going to do with a 13th month? Most APs have their timing down, and and extra "month" is very likely to be of zero value.
Of far MORE value - I have not seen an AP price increase.... yet. Let's see what happens.

I normally only go once per year, for our annual "spring" break---I don't get to choose the date, so I can't normally squeeze the second trip within a year of the first, so a 12-month AP was useless. A 13-month AP is very useful for me. In the infrequent years I have extra trips planned, I'll get an AP, but I don't usually.Hate to say this....

I have 5 days passes I bought that I planned to upgrade to AP's when we went this weekend...not going any longer because of hurricane..but we are now doing December. Will I be able to upgrade these then and end up with a 13 month pass? If so that would be really really nice!
If I purchase mine, but do not activate until 1/20... will I still get the 13 months?
