New Annual Passholder, Can I Apply Discount?

We purchased Annual Passes because we are taking two trips next year, and it made more sense. Our first trip is the end of January, and that is when we were planning on activating the passes. Is there a way to use one of the Spring 2017 AP Discounts that were just released?

Yes, if the resort you're staying at is covered under the offer and there is availability for your room type.

I 'think' you will need to call. If it was activated you could book it yourself online but I don't think you can now.

We're just at the end of our first year with APs and have made good use of the room discounts through the year.

You may not want to say but what are your dates/resort? You have me curious if an AP rate is available. I've been frantically searching / booking some spring dates myself since they came out yesterday.

Nevermind... I was being impatient but I checked again, and now I can view the passholder offers. I had chatted with a Disney rep who told me I couldn't use them until it was activated, but I had someone else tell me different a few weeks ago.

We are at Pop Jan 27-31. Just changed our offer to the AP offer... I had a standard room booked with the gift of magic offer. Now I'm debating if we stick with standard, which saves us $55, or switch to preferred, which saves us $10 off what we had planned on paying... We are WDW newbies

I don't 'think' so, although I'm sure there are websites that have the winter/spring AP discount info posted.
