New announcement from the Dolphin.

I am leaving next week for a conference at the Dolphin and was trying to add another day to the end of my trip. During my original booking(Aug 28-Sept.1), I was not informed of this new rehab complication but today when trying to book the add-on, I received this pop-up:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
ONGOING RENOVATIONS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 17, 2016


Until September 17, 2016, there are ongoing renovations; however, the affected areas are closed to the public. During this time, all facilities will operate as normal but Disney bus transportation leaves and drop-off at the Walt Disney World Swan only.


Anyone have any thoughts of what this will do to bus wait times for those of us staying at the Swan/Dolphin? I'm not concerned about the walk to the Swan and not upset about the change in transportations. I just wanted to hear from others if they would head out to the parks earlier etc.

I can't see it doing anything to wait times. Park buses pick up at both resorts anyway so it's the same amount of people getting on a particular bus. It might actually improve the time it takes to get to the parks as the bus is only making one pick up instead of two.
