A friend recommended I come here to ask ;)

I am going to Davy Crockett Ranch on the 16th September and I read that you go for breakfast and they give you a box/packet? Anyone have any more information on this and do we all have to go or can I go and get all the families and take it back?

Extra Magic hours I noticed on their web site its says its just for 8-10am and not in the evening? Also is tower of terror included in the EMH?

We are staying 2 nights/3 days and have 3 days park passes and will that cover the free parking at the parks?

Thanks all in advance

Hi there!

I haven't stayed at DCR before, but I assume you can just go and get the breakfast on your own. The breakfast seems to consist of baguette, croissants, orange juice, etc.

EMH is not on in the evening, and no, TOT is not included in EMH as this is in the Studios and not the main Disneyland Park. The Studios do not open for EMH.

I'm sorry, but I don't know about the last question.

Firstly: :welcome:

Secondly, your questions:

1) You can send 1 designated person to the hut at the end of your "trail" to pick up the breakfast. You show them your hotel ID card and they then give you a box containing (based on our last holiday):

1 croissant per person
1 brioche per person
1 baguette
1 minute maid orange juice per person
1 carton of milk (optional)
a selection of spreads

2) EMH only applies to the main park, so TOT is not included in this. It covers most rides in the main area of Fantasyland (Not small world, Casey Junior or Storybook boats) and a couple of rides in Doscoveryland (Buzz, Orbitron and Space Mountain).

3) Your hotel ID pass will allow you to park for free in the main Disneyland Paris car parks.

In regards to breakfast one person can collect on the whole bungalow's behalf. It consists of one croissant, one brioche, one carton of OJ (all per person) a baugette (between 4) and milk (between 4)

As Bob said EMH is morning's only (originally it was on in the evenings but the process of handing out wristbands to allow you on rides during evening EMH proved too difficult and therefore was halted to just mornings) and is only for the Disneyland Park.

With the hotel pass that you get from DCR it allows you to park for free in any hotel/carpark at DLRP, however you MUST check in at DCR to get this and your park tickets otherwise you will be charged for the carpark (around 8 euros I believe)

This is my concern because we check out on the 18th but still have a park pass for that day to technically not staying at the Davy crockett, so will we still be able to park free that day?

That's fine, you will still be allowed to park for free on that final day, it will be valid until the end of the day that you leave however you won't be able to use it as a chargecard once you have checked out

Thank you all for your replies :thumbsup2

One last thing and its your opinion I need. My son is only 4 and obsessed by lifts etc, he is quite brave and not scared of rides so has seen the clips of tower of terror and is convinced he wants to do it :confused3

I noticed there is no height or age restriction do you think he is to young ??

There is a height restriction but I can't remember what it is.

Is there really no height limit? I thought there was one of 40 inches but then I haven't been since it was built.

I'd have thought that it would be down to the individual child as weather or not they could 'handle' the ride.

I'm going to take my little boy who is 18 months old on Pirates and on Phantom Mannor as he is quite brave and not scared of the dark. However others have said that they wouldn't take thier child, all personal preference.

Just wanted to add that the breakfast at DCR also includes sachets of coffee, chocolate or tea. The spreads are butter, chocolate and jam.

The height limit on TOT is very low - only 102 cms.

40inches is the minium height for ToT, I know how you feel DD is 2 years old and is only 1 inch away from the minium height and she is desperate to ride it.

If she's tall enough being the nasty mum that i am;) i will let her ride it

Have you looked at the hotel thread at the top of the page - there are lots of pics of DCR there including some of breakfast I think.
Dont forget to take your swimming stuff- the pool there is great if you get chance to go

Re your tower of terror question, it really depends on the child. My daughter first rode it at age 3 and absolutely loved it (she still does), but I know there are plenty of adults who are too scared to go on!
