I'll double check that wheat/gluten was on that test. The plaito diet eliminates gluten so if I follow that and do well, we'll probably check it just to be sure.

I am armed with all the documents the special diets folks sent over, so I feel really confident for our trip.

I hope the diet helps you. If you do get checked for gluten/wheat, you have to be eating it for a period of time to have the tests come back correctly. I hope you have a GREAT trip with no episodes of swelling!

Thanks! It's going to help a lot that my BFF will be there and she's gluten free due to an intolerance. She'll be able to keep me on my diet!
