I love Kidani . I think it has one of the best kid friendly pools of all the resorts but also large enough for the adult guest with a great slide. The staff seems very friendly as well and you are literally a 5 minute bus ride from AK.

Welcome! We own at Beach Club and at Animal Kingdom...love them both for different reasons. Though I have to admit, Kidani is my favorite. I love the theming, love the animals, love the cm's!
We will also be there in Feb. 2012 to celebrate our 40th anniversary with 20+ family members.

Thank you! Thanks for the concierge tip...we have never stayed club level so I really don't know much about it. Is the safari extra to do???? I would love it as I am a huge animal lover

As I remember it's about $65 per person. First you get a short drive through the AK backstage areas with your CM describing what is there. Then you go into AK via a backstage entrance, and are on the same Kilimanjaro safari trucks but you are the first ones out way before the park opens. We were out there a couple of hours with many stops to look at and hear about the animals. Some of them were VERY close. Then at the end you get breakfast. (we were heading to breakfast as the first morning guests were coming in.) We thought it was well worth it. Be sure to have LOTS of film and fresh batteries for the camera.

Congratulations!!! We are so been looking at AKV points...around 50pts to 75pts contract with all used for 2011. We want to combine pts for a 2013 vacation to AKV.

We have fallen in love with Coincierge and the food there....wow!!! we don't each much...we like to snack every 3hrs instead of eating large meals...so coin' works out well for us.

Congrats again!!! Enjoy it....you won't be disappointed.
