New AK Popcorn Bucket?

I remember an announcement about a new Lotus Blossom light up popcorn bucket, to be released in time with ROL, but since the show is cancelled, is the bucket still released?
If so, any ideas for how long?

Haven't seen it yet. I have seen a drum popcorn buckets at AK last week.

It's beyond delayed at this point. Possibly end of the year. They are re doing parts of the show to make it work.

My guess is IF they release them early (meaning without ROL) then it will be over Memorial Day weekend when they start the other night time activities.

I thought the same, I was just making sure that maybe sometime in the future we could see them opening it....looks like AK is another half day this coming trip.

I wouldn't count it as a half day, plenty of other nighttime experiences opening up soon!!

True but nothing we are interested in. And who knows they can always put those plans on the back burner....

I can't imagine calling AK a half day park.

We were not through doing everything we wanted when they closed at six. And could have stayed a few more hours.

Even without the extra attractions we are planning on a day and a half there.

We have always accomplished all that we wanted before 4, we go on EMH days. It has always been a half day for our family, and we have been over 5 times.

Never has been a half day park for us, we go several days each trip. Heck, I could spend a whole day just riding Everest, Or walking through the Maharaja jungle trek. Takes me a couple of days just to get all the food I want!

Everyone has different touring styles. Ours isn't hugely focused on AK we would much rather spend our extra time at MK or EPCOT. When we do AK there's only 5 things we do/see, meaning our group gets done early. To each their own
