New ADR window...does it also apply to HDDR and CP packages?

Do I need to wait for 90 days out to book HDDR and Candlelight Processional packages? Or are these separate from the 90 day window?

How about other bookings like private cruises from the resorts and/or horse & carriage rides? Are they 90 days out as well?

Booking info for the CP packages has not been released for 2009 yet.

Everything else is 90 days except Cirque du Soleil and Grand Gatherings activities, which have longer booking windows.

There have been a couple of posts from people that have called about the CP and they have reported that the booking window will be 90 days.
