New ADR System Not Showing All Available

I have been trying to get WOC for later this month and nothing is showing up as available.
Just for kicks I tried going on the website and using the "Things to Do" then "All Dining" tab. Clicked on the WOC info and looked for an ADR and it came up.

I noticed that in the beginning of the new system it would say nothing available, then a few
minutes later it would have several options. So it might be a glitch.

Just checked and it's doing the same thing - not available on the app but it is on the site going through the tabs on the left hand.

Did not even think of that, but just tried it and it does show up that way. Searched World of Color dessert party and was able to bring it up there.
It still does not show up if you just click on dining availability.

I had that same problem when trying to reserve WOC in July. It showed up only when I searched for it.
