How far in advance do I need to make reservations?

Also, has anyone ever used this service before?

Thanks!

I've used this service twice. Once I think we made our reservations a few days ahead, and once I called the same day. The second time we went back because my son BEGGED to go back! He loved it. It is a great place for the kids to play, the people there were really nice. We would use it again. Have fun!

Same thing w/our son ... he went every year from age 5 to 12, sometimes more than once each trip. :thumbsup2 It's definitely the coolest kids' club on property.

As far as reservations, I *think* you can make them 90 days out (or less). The only time we really made them in advance was if we had ADRs for an adults-only dinner and wanted to make sure ds had a spot at the NLC.

We used it for our kids when they were 5 & 7. They both absolutely loved it and it made each of their top 5 list on the trip. They've asked to go back. They did crafts, watched movies, played dress-up, ate dinner, and played games. I wouldn't hesitate.

we used it in october and called the day before. my kids LOVED it. they are 6, 4, 4 and we dropped them off at 4:30, picked up at 8:30, and they were soooo excited about their night out. I think they would have easily loved going for another night if we had had a chance. and it was definitely nice for h and I to have a few hours to ourselves.

We used it in July, and my DD's (DD7 pooh: and DD10 princess:) absolutely loved it. I made reservations far ahead of time just because I'm an obsessive planner. However, I don't think it was totally necessary. The kids had a great time. Were there about 2.5 hours while DW and I had a drink at the bar at O'hana and then went over to Narcoosee's for dinner. It was a great night. The kids didn't want to leave when we went to pick them up, and we were even taking them to the MK to see WISHes and Spectromagic. I will say dinner for the kids was included. It wasn't anything special, but it seemed to be OK for the kids.
