YEAH!!! We are headed to WDW 12/18 - 12/25 and plan to go to the MVMCP...I'm thinking on the 20th...too hectic for our arrival date....I need to order the tickets, but am waiting a bit to pay off the PAP and airfare for our June trip...that plastic is starting to bend a bit with that weight. Do you think I'll be in decent shape if I wait a couple of weeks? Or should I bite the bullet and go ahead now?

We'll be at BWV 17th-24th. Not sure yet wheter we're going to MVMCP on the 18th or 20th, but you can bet we'll be there!

DW and I will be there Nov 25th through December 4th. We went to MVMCP last year as well as MNSSHP and had a blast.

I hadn't been Trick-or-Treating in 30 years!

We'll be there for the Dec. 11th event. We got our PAP discount when we ordered yesterday. In years past you could only get the PAP discount on the day of the party.

we ordered it in advance so we didn't miss out. Our arrival day is the 18th so the only day we would be able to go would be the 20th. If I had more days to choose from I probably would of waited.

Ya know...I just couldn't wait to order...what is another bill, right? I went ahead and ordered our MVMCP tickets for 12/20 yesterday afternoon in the midst of all the crazy things going on...seems I can always make the time to call WDW for PS or DDE or PAP or ME or MVMCP....guess you can see where my priorities are these days...my saving sanity moments knowing that I get a break in just a few more days...less than 30 I know!!

So, DVCLady, we will be at the magic at the same time it seems...we will arrive on the 18th and depart (hopefully) late on the 25th. I know people ask, why travel on Christmas day? Well, I've been told many times that it is actually pretty quiet...we'll see. We are staying at our home resort, SSR, which will be our first trip there since buying DVC in November. We are sneaking in an extra DVC trip this June at OKW...can't wait for both!

So, okay, it may be several months away, but....Merry Christmas fellow DVCers!!!!

Want to attend the event during that time. Looks like Sunday (doubtful, usually tired from traveling) or probably Tuesday. For this time period should I book in advance?

How do I purchase the tickets? Haven't decided if I'm buying a PAP yet-do see it offers a discount.

Can someone explain the process for making dinner reservations during the party? Am I correct in assuming you can make them when you purchase the tickets? I've read posts that indicate LTT & Tony's take them, how about CRT?

The AP discounts are for certain dates only:

Annual passholder discounts are available on
November 29
December 1, 4 and 13
Age 10 & up $35.10
Age 3-9 $27.64
prices include taxes.

You should be ok with the early month weekday parties not selling out.

You purchase tickets by calling the main Disney number.

Only LTT (and now Tony's) take PS now for party goers. They are also the only two open DURING the party. At 90 days you can also book The Castle, Crystal Palace and the Plaza which will all take PS up until 6:00p. They won't be open DURING the party, just until 6:00p.

We will be at BCV from 12/18 to 12/24.
MVMCP on 12/18 and 12/20.

We will be there December 6 for MVMCP, Staying at SSP November 28-December 3 and then going to All Star Movies (I know, I know but we have family coming in that are not DVC and we don't have enough point for everyone) December 3-10 Going to be a great trip and our First trip "Home"
(we got the official acceptance papers in the mail 3 days ago!!)

We'll be there (BCV) Dec 3-11 and already have our tickets for Dec 6! Plus LTT PS at 5:15. I considered taking Dec 4 instead for the AP discount but ended up sticking with the 6th.
