never recieved online purchase

not sure if this is the right place...but help if you can...

My Mother back in August (09) ordered for me two WDW theme park music CD's from the web site treasurekingdom and she has yet to recieve them

she has been charged and there is no customer service # just email, she has emailed 5 times since her order w/ no reply...

is this site a scam, has anyone ordered from here?

If it was paid on a charge card, just call the card, they will immediately REFUND the cost to the card and investigate directly with company that sold item. It is the ONLY way to shop online (and even in stores) because THEY do the work and YOU don't have too!

Yes, I agree, she needs to call her credit card company and dispute the charge. They will do the work on finding out what went wrong.

Also, be careful when shopping online - only shop from stores that you know are reputable.

I just went to the website - it's a bit like ebay - so I don't know but looks like the items come from multiple sellers. I don't think I'd shop there myself.

I will recommend it to my mom, I'm sure she used a charge card...kinda bummed. but as long as she can get her money back..just have to wait till our next trip to the world to buy them

She might be out of luck. Most credit cards require that you dispute your charges w/in 2 billing cycles. So if her card was charged in August she is way past the 2 cycles. I'd still try though.

maybe if she explains the repeated attempts and the companies "delay tactics" she'll be able to get her $$ back..........OP, Let us know how you make out.........
