Well this is a first for me. I wonder what happened. Fixed it.

Here's how I fixed mine. The dwarfs screen still has menus on top. If I choose "sign in" I get a sign in screen that brings me back to the dwarfs screen. But if I choose something from the pulldown menu I get a sign in screen that works. So I deleted my old bookmark and made a new one from a sign in screen that works.

Another "fix" is to sign on to MDE and then go to the Disney Vacation Club link at the bottom of the page.

It worked okay for me today--no sign of the Seven Dwarves working.

Edit: Whoops it is doing it again. I am taking Jean's advice and going to another pulldown.

Edit2: I added a new bookmark using the new sign in and that works too.

Have you tried any of the fixes listed above? It is also shocking to me that Disney continues to have website issues. I don't have these troubles on any other internet sites I use.

Don't be shocked. Disney IT is heavily outsourced to someone who then outsources their work to subcontractors. This is regrettably not uncommon at large companies.

I confess to being sarcastic. HP, I believe is the contractor. I bet the subcontractors have very little actual IT skills.
