Never got offered bounceback offer when we were there in Oct.

We stayed at the GF in October and we were never offered the bounceback. There was no offer of it at check-in or check-out or in the room. I guess there is nothing we can do about it now but I'm dissappointed since we would of definetely booked for next October. Linda

Sorry that you didn't have a flyer in the room as they don't offer it at check in or check out. You should have asked housekeeping as they are the ones who PUT the flyers in the room. Or you could have asked at front desk.

The flyers are not going to be in every room (either the housekeepers forget to leave them or they're purposefully not put in every room), but anyone staying at any Disney resort can call and ask for that offer, assuming you know what number to call. If you do not have a flyer in the room and no one offers you one, it does not mean you are ineligible. Ask for a flyer at the front desk. One of Disney's biggest quirks is that they will not offer you the discount at the front desk, you have to know to ask for it.

We did not have a flier in our room either. I called and they just verified we were staying on property and the time and we were able to book a bounceback trip.

I did not call to inquire about it when we were there because I was not aware of the bounceback offer at the time. The reason I mentioned it when I first posted, is because I called a few weeks ago to see if we could of gotten it and the CM told me it is offered, at check-in and check-out, in the room or on the television. I did not see the offer at any of these venues. Next time I will ask but was unaware we could have gotten it. Linda

I was not offered on either in October the last week. When I called upon returning they said that they were inbetween bounceback offers and some places did not have ny physically to hand out.

Another DIS member actually did get one because she asked and CL made some phone calls to get her one.

I was pretty down about it, but I have since gotten two pin codes, so I can breathe now.

I have rec'd 3 BB offers on the last 3 visits.
I had written the *extension* to call, in the event I did not receive one. LOL
