Any idea what a flight might be on SWA from PVD to Orlando the day they are released??

We fly out 8/16 and comeback 8/30

I assume you are asking how much they might cost. It is really hard to say. My experience is SW fares are initially high (but competitive) and come down over time, but you need to check daily. Since I fly Southwest a few times a year, I don't mind booking at a higher fare and then re-book when the fare comes down. Southwest does not charge a change fee and lets you keep a credit for a future flight. Credit must be used within 1 year of initial ticket purchase.

on how well you'll handle the waiting game. I typically have a fare in mind, in my case SWA from Hartford BDL to Orlando no more than $89 each way, and then wait until I get it or lower to book. This usually means not booking my flight for early Sept until June or July. It takes some guts to hold out on this last piece of the vacation puzzle but I have ALWAYS gotten my price this way. I have also booked one leg of the trip for a slightly higher than desired price, waited for it to come down, then used the credit to purchase the other leg.

The fares from PVD have historically been lower than BDL so I would guess you could get less than $100 O/W. However, I never go in Aug so there may be some adjustment needed for your time frame.

Not very helpful here am I. Tomorrow will tell :confused3

I put in the two weeks before your going and right now your probably looking at $139 each way!
