Never been in March... your help please!

Hello all!

DH & I went to WDW this past Oct. and had such a great time on our honeymoon, but were exhausted after seeing everything and all the running around we did. This time, we just want to lounge by the pool and venture over to Epcot/MGM, but that's about it park-wise (we're only going for a quick get-away, just 3 nights).

We were wondering if anyone knew what the crowds and weather typically were like that time of year? Just curious if they'll be long lines at rides and whether it'll be warm enough to swim (can't wait to leave chilly PA!)!

The first week of March is the best time to go in March. After around the 7th, college spring breaks kick in and it gets very crowded. The weather is usually warm, around 75. Weekends are always more crowded than during the week because of locals coming for the weekend. But, a weekend in Disney beats a weekend at home ANY day

We went early March last year, the crowds were fine - no real crowds at all.
However, the weather was very up and down, at times it was quite cool especially in the mornings, not ideal for water parks.

You may well find the weather is lovely, but there is no guarantee.

We're leaving in 3 days and we're from PA too ... can't wait. But, we've had up and down weather like already posted the last two years at this same time. It can be warm and 75 one day ... and then breezy and chilly the next ... and although we did a water park last year, we got cold ... and our youngest spent most of the time wrapped in a blanket on a lounge chair. The water park wasn't crowded though!! The parks are very doable and I never thought the crowds were bad ... nothing compared to summer. Enjoy - we'll probably "see" you there!!
