netflip referal question

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong on netflip? My SIL wants to sign up with AOL and get the $20 back that netflip offers so I have been trying for 3 days now to send her a referal. Every time I click on the link that says "refer friends to earn more" at the bottom of the fast cash page (which is the only place I can find anything about making a referal!) it just basically refreshes the page! I've checked their online help and sent an email and the message says to allow 30-45 days to process my request! Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas?
