Chefs is okay. The food has run the gamut from tasty to inedible. We used to love it. But, with the whole DDP/free dining thing, we've seen a real decline. Beyond that, the tables are so close together, one might as well be at a communal table, the noise level is unbearable at dinner and the waiters are unpredictable -- sometimes nice, sometimes brusque and unpleasant. The place is usually jam-packed for dinner and that, no doubt, adds to the employee negativity.
I recall once, before DDP, we walked in around 8:30 pm for dinner. We were among the only people in the restaurant. When the fireworks started, the waitress led our small boys to a table she had set up for them so they could see the fireworks. It was a lovely evening. Boy are those days gone!
