Okay, I looked on the calender at US/IOA and I am getting really nervous about the crowds for the week of Feb. 18th!!!! I noticed the parks close that one week at 7pm each night. (later than all of the other weeks in FEB) I know MG will be that weekend but how BAD are the crowds going to be? I was looking forward it not being that bad. I am I totally wrong!! DH will have a fit!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!:confused3

The crowds in February aren't usually bad..especially during the week. Depending upon who is playing at Mardi Gras that weekend will dictate how busy the Studios are but that's not until later in the day. If the crowds look out of hand, you could always purchase the Express Passes but I doubt you will need them.

Thank you so much I haven't been on the boards in a while and started to panic.

THANKS!!!!!! a planning I will go!!:cool1:

We are also going to Orlando during February vacation (2/16- 2/22). DS12 & DH have expressed interest in going to US on this trip. We are staying oniste at WDW, but will have a car.

What day of the week is best to visit US? And can we do it all in one day? We have never been to US, so I guess that makes us newbies on these parks. Any help or advice will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

If you arrive at or close to park opening, you should be able to do it all in one day. If you want the slowest day, it would probably be midweek (Tue, Wed, Thurs).

If you're arriving early on the 16th, I would go on that day for the Mardi Gras festivities. There's a parade, there's a concert after park closing (Sara Evans is performing that night), really fun atmosphere.. It'd probably be the most crowded day but also the most fun.

If not, any other day would be fine.
