Nervous about these ADR's

So my 180 days is tomorrow, so do I get on at midnight Orlando time to start making them online?
This whole process is freaking me out a little bit......

If your 180 days is tomorrow, you better log on right now and make them. There is a glitch in the system and ADRs are actually open at 190 days out now.

You'll need to login with your email address, password, and then enter your reservation date.

And, to answer the original part of the question. The ADR system rolls over (that is "becomes the next day") at 6am Eastern.

But, like Tricia mentioned, there's a glitch right now with resort confirmation and it's allowing booking at a full 190days out from dining date.
