nervous about reservation...

Has anyone ever had this happen before? We made reservations about 3 months ago, and we made our final payment yesterday, for the past 3 months we have been able to go to the disney site and check on the reservation. Today I log in and it says our ressie doesn't excist!?! I was like so we give you all our money for it and now it does not excist? We don't go til May 15th, so I am not panicking. I also called them and they said it took some hunting but they did find it, and we should get a confirmation letter in the mail in a couple of weeks. Should I worry? or is this common?

I would call the reservations line, the website seems to mess things up.

As long as you paid with a cc you shouldn't have any problems even if things did get messed up... but like i said 10 to 1 you call them and your ressie will be fine.

I think the website's messing up today. I went on there a bit ago to look at our itineraries, and it says I don't have any saved. Darn site!

I wouldn't worry about it though. Their system is still in beta, so there's bound to be glitches. But you're concerned, I'd just give them a call....however, I don't think there's anything to worry about.

Just give them a call..... as quoted above, the web site is still in development mode (beta version), so it can be and is wrong many times.

Can you check your reservation on the site even if it is booked by a DISNEY TA specialist?

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. The next day everything was fine. It's probably just a glitch.
