We spent December 14 22 at Nemos Retreat. This town home is in Coral Cay Resort.
I was very nervous about renting a home from an owner, but what a wonderful experience! I traveled with my parents and my daughter. We had plenty of room to spread out and there was even a Christmas tree awaiting our arrival. We really enjoyed the hot tub.
I must admit we did not cook other than coffee, toast and microwave oatmeal; but the kitchen looked well stocked. There was a stack washer and dryer that met our needs. And, most important it was VERY CLEAN.
The owners, Tracey and Jonny, were wonderful answered all my first timer questions and even left us a message on the phone while we in their home! I also relied on their directions for driving, as I had never stayed off site before this trip. We did not find it took us long to get to or from the parks probably no longer and much more comfortable than waiting on the Disney bus. (For those familiar, Coral Cay is around Mile Marker 13 on 192.)

Would I stay here again? Yes, if it was more than just DD and I. Would I recommend this home? Yes, I already shared the web site with a friend considering an extended family trip.
