We are looking to book a house/villa for our trip (May 12th - 18th). We need 4 bedrooms and a private pool.

Can you give me some names of neighborhoods that are within, say, 20 minutes of MK?

Thanks!
Jen

There are lots that are within 20 min. Even some of those on 27 are within 20 min.: High Grove, Glenbrook, The Palms, Clearcreek etc. All those on 192 in the Formosa Gardens area are within 10 min.: Windsor Hills and Palms, Rolling Hills, Formosa Gardens, Indian Creek, Emerald Island, Sunset Lakes, Oak Island Cove, Lindfields etc. Those on/near Poincianna would be within 15 - 20 min depending on traffic: Terra Verde, Seasons, Chatham Park, Bella Vida etc. Those in the Champions Gate area would be close also: Briargrove, Sunridge Woods, Bridgewater Crossing, Grand Reserve, Lake Wilson Reserve etc.
Here's a couple of maps:

From the Formosa Gardens area (Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, Windsor Hills, Indian Creek, Rolling Hills etc) I usually allow 20-25 minutes driving time to get to Magic Kingdom parking lot.

For the other parks I allow the following drive times (to the parking lots):
7-10 minutes to Animal Kingdom and 12-18 minutes to Disney's Hollywood Studios (MGM)and EPCOT.

We usually stay at Emerald Island or Windsor Palms and there is not much difference in timings from really any of the homes in the Formosa Gardens area.
