Needing an idea for meal on our last day

Now that we've booked air for our Spring Break '11 trip I realize that on our last day we will indeed be able to spend part of our last day at a park. (Yay!)
I've decided that we'll spend it at the Magic Kingdom.
I'm looking for an idea for a "last meal" at WDW, in or around MK.
It could be breakfast or lunch.
I'm open to it being at one of the MK resorts.

On this trip, we will have had the Cape May Buffet character breakfast.
And, we ate at Crystal Palace on our last trip in August, 2009.
I am open to character meals, though, since they are fun, and DD (who will be 8) still enjoys them.

We've never eaten in the Castle, so should I try for CRT? Is it worth it?
Or, maybe Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary, or even 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast at the Polynesian?

It doesn't have to be a character meal, and it could be lunch.
(We will have also eaten at Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch earlier in the week, BTW.)
Any additional suggestions or ideas are welcome.

TIA

I have always liked 'last lunches' at either Crystal Palace or the Plaza in MK - both of which offer great views of the Castle and the hub if you ask politely for a window seat... :goodvibes

My girlfriend and I love to do Chef Mickey's breakfast on our last morning before heading to MK for a last quick goodbye visit. We like it because it gives final interaction with the "Fab 5", a last trip on the monorail and that last stroll down MSUSA.

Our last meal for our upcoming trip will be Chef Mickey's...I know a lot of people like to start off their trip with this one, but for us, it's a great way to say "good-bye" to Mickey and the gang before heading home.

We aways end with Chef Mickey's...It let's the kids say goodbye to the gang!

We like Ohana breakfast. The food is good and it is served family style. I really like the family style meals, for me it is so much more relaxing than a buffet. Also, the character interaction there is great. STitch is very playful and fun and we usually see him more than once per meal. :)

Everyone tells me CRT is worth it, so that's going to be our last meal on our upcoming December trip. My kids will be a month away from turning 6, so I hope they'll remember it down the road?? We were going to do Chef Mickey's, but I switched it because I'd rather be inside MK for the last meal, not at the Contemporary. We've never stayed at the Contemporary, so that doesn't have big meaning for us...yet...hopefully someday :)

Chef Mickey's has always been a must-do for us. We've never missed going to breakfast there on any of our trips. :goodvibes It would be fun to get to say goodbye to the Fab 5, too. :thumbsup2

I've been thinking about it, and I'm now leaning towards having lunch at Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge.
We've stayed at WL several times, and this would give us a chance to see our favorite resort once this trip before we have to go home. We wouldn't have had any cuisine along these lines, either.
And I'm thinking lunch so we wouldn't have to check out of our hotel quite so early in time to make breakfast at MK area.
(We'll have a rental car, and would leave for the airport from the MK in the afternoon.)
