Needed ~ Design for Foundraisers Tickets

Kinda short notice, but my husband & I are having a Beef-&-Beer in memory of our youngest son Robert. He was 14 mos old when he died from Sudden Unknow Death in Childhood (SUDC). I have looked all through my programs & can't find anything I could use as a ticket.

So here is my request ~ can someone design me a plain ticket (so I can use it for future fundraisers we are going to have.) with the following information:

1) Tickets that can be torn (you keep bottom & we keep top for door prize drawing)

2) Spot for ticket number on both ends of the ticket (#0001, #0002 etc)

3) Space for Logo & title (I will add this myself once I design it)

4) 1st Annual Beef-&-Beer

You will also need to put date, time and location on this if you are going to sell the tickets in advance. If you need help adding anything...just let me know. Hope this is what you were wanting. Please don't quote the images. You can buy a stamp at an office supply store where you can change the numbers on it by rotating the numbers to add the numbers to the top and bottom. (hope that makes sense)

If you want a truly plain black and white ticket template...try using google and click on the "images" tab. Then type in "ticket template" and you should be able to find some. Here is one that I found...the 2 part security ticket sounded like what you were wanting:

They even have pictures for examples of how you can use their templates.
