Hi! Hubby and I are buying our family annual passes to Disney World for christmas. We're planning on giving them to the kids the evening of the 23rd and going to the parks the 24th-jan 1. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can present the gift to the kids? We have 5 kids between 15 and 5 and want them to open the passes all at once while we videotape their reaction :D

TIA!

how about doing a scavenger hunt...

that was what my nephew and niece did for their two girls....THEY HAD A BLAST....

Last year my mom bought everyone tickets to an NFL game, and what she did was also buy a team t-shirt and put that in a box with the ticket on top of the shirt.

Get five boxes all the same size 'n attach the passes to the inside lid so when they open it, it appears there's nothin' in the box. :rotfl:

I like the scavenger hunt one too.

How are you getting to Disneyworld? If you are driving, how about stopping for gas or something on the way out of town and "finding" an envelope on the ground and telling the kids to open it to see what's in it. I don't have annual passes but I am guessing their names will be on the envelops. You could do this on the way to the airport too-stop buy to pick up something to munch on in the car as you go "drive around and look at Christmas lights" but really mean to take them to the airport.

Get some helium balloons with a string attached to them, tie the passes to the string and put the balloons in a box with a lid, when they open the box the balloons will float up and the passes will be revealed! :thumbsup2

Just make sure your not in a room with high ceillings! :lmao:

1) Get Five different size boxes.
2) Put all passes in the smallest box.
3) Wrap smallest box and address to youngest
4) Put smallest box in next larger box and address to next oldest
5) Repeat step 4 until everyone has a box.

OR

1) Make a large copy (almost poster size) of a single pass.
2) Cut it up into pieces.
3) Dump the pieces on the floor and let them put it together like a puzzle

OR

1) Make a large copy of a single pass
2) Cover with post-its.
3) Draw on each post it so two post-its match (maybe mickey heads, castles, other characters, etc).
4) Cover those post-its with others.
5) Play "memory". When they match symbols, they remove the post it to see a portion of the pass underneath.
