I'd like to start doing some more serious weight training, but I'm not sure where to start. I'd rather not join a gym. I have a few small dumbells that I've been using, but I'd like to start working with some heavier ones. Problem is, I don't want to do anything the "wrong" way. I've only using 5 lbs right now. Does anyone know of any good weight training videos that will teach me the proper way to use free weights and what each exercise will do? I"m looking for something for beginners.
