Need Website or suggestions

I have done a search on the web for fruit baskets but I'm looking for the ones that they make look like flowers. I can't seem to find any sites for that. Does anyone have know of any? Everytime I do a search it only brings me to regular fruit baskets and that's what I want.

Also, this fruit basket is for my fiance's Aunt who was just diagnosed with Lung Cancer. She is not in very shape and is not eating. Is the fruit basket a good idea to send to her? I personally have never met her but want to send something to her in the meantime that is healthy. Any other suggestion are welcome Thanks
