Need WDW Scavenger hunt/ park trivia....

I have an autistic son. Were going to WDW soon, and I need a way to keep his mind busy. Hes been many times, and the whole "new" excitement thing is over by now; its just for fun now.
He wants to eat all the time. All he thinks about is food. He's overweight and I need some things to keep his mind thinking about something other than food. Any suggestions? Anyone know of any websites with Disney ~PARK~ trivia or such? We have the disney board games and DVD game, but I want something new and just for the parks. We also will be getting each kid a new PAL Mickey, as their old one dont work in the parks anymore. (They offered to trade us for a new one and the kids wouldnt part with it.) Weve done the Epcot Kidstops too... many times.
Im looking for just some things I can print onto a index card. Maybe a scavenger hunt type thing. Any suggestions?

Firstly, the "Hidden Mickeys" book by Steven M. Barrett is great. It gives you hints and clues as to where Imagineers have hidden Mickeys around the parks (if you can't find a particular one, a lot of the CMs know where they are, so do ask).

Secondly, I think the EPCOT kids' things have changed now. It's some Kim Possible based challenge, where you go around the world with a rented gizmo of some kind (you can tell I've not done it myself, can't you?). I saw one kid using it and it interacted with one of the window displays in the UK. A model started moving and talking to them, giving them the next clue or something. I was impressed, anyway. Another thought: if your son is into the Virtual Magic Kingdom (VMK) game online, you could visit VMK Central on Main Street and get "Quests" from there. I have no idea what they involve, but if you're interested, I'm sure the people over on the VMK board could give you more information.
