Need WDW Convention info

I'm looking for a list of meetings/conventions scheduled for November-December at Disney resorts. When I returned from working Hurr ISABEL last week, had a garbled message on my recorder from some business or agency asking me to speak at their WDW meeting (we do this sort of thing periodically), but I could not tell who called or exactly when the meeting is scheduled. I tried Disney Meetings, but they can't reveal meeting info for security reasons - understandable. Anyone have an idea how I can get a list? It's going to be pretty difficult. As WDW told you, there is no central listing because of security reasons. The Orange County Convention Center does list their scheduled events but a meeting being held at WDW would not be listed there.

You can try doing a Google search to find postings on individual websites about scheduled meetings. Play around with putting in the month, the name of the different convention hotels, etc. This might bring up the fact that "The Association of Widget Engineers is holding their annual meeting Nov. 7-11 at Y&B" and have info on their website. If you have an idea of who might have called, you could also visit different company and association websites you suspect may have called.
