Need urgent help !!!

SIL just called and found out that she has a pin attached to her name. It's for the dates 5/28-6/3, which makes me assume it's for the 40% off offer. The CM wouldn't tell her the pin and she didn't ask what the pin was for. Of course the CM didn't offer any advice about booking somewhere else either. She got really nervous and kinda lost her words. We have rooms (actually packages) booked already for ASMu for 5/26-6/2. We are willing to change that of course. The CM said ASMu was not available for those dates. She didn't think to ask any other questions.

Will they alow us to three-way call? What questions should we ask? We are up to moving to another value or even to a moderate if we can stay in our budget.

They cannot stop you from a having a 3-way call. Just explain that you are both on the line because you are travelling together and it will avoid the hassle of confirming the info with each other and calling back. Ask which values are available with the discount and then have the CM check for the moderates as well. I never had a problem with a CM checking numerous resorts for rates. After you get the rate, ask what the regular rate would be if you did not have the discount. Good luck!

LoL us LA girls can't do anything on our own. I had my MIL on the line the second time I called so that I could change it with her on the phone. Must be a LA thing to not be able to remember all the details and need a second pair of ears. Let us know how it ends up.
