NEED URGENT Good neighbor hotel help - Best Western Aneheim Inn

On Expedia, I can get a decent deal, but it involves staying at a good neighbor instead of DLH. The hotel they are trying to give us is: Best Western Aneheim Inn. (Park Place is not available our dates)

Can anyone tell me:
What is the quality/cleanliness safety of the rooms? (Im a safety freak).

How long does it take to get to the gates at DL? (We'd be walking with tired kids and one tired mom and one dad who has to carry everything.)

I stayed there in December, and am going back in September. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very nice. It had a fridge and coffee maker. Our room was near the front of the hotel. It's right across the street from the Harbor entrance. You can see the higher fireworks from the top floor. The hotel has wireless internet access, too, if you need that. This hotel is actually closer to the main entrance than the Disneyland hotel. Plus, Denny's is right next door.
