Need Tusker House Help!

I need a little info....maybe you can help.

We have breakfast ADR's for Tusker House at AK for 8:00am on Oct 31, the park itself opens at 9am that day. I know that we will be allowed to enter the park thru the gate to go to Tusker House at about 7:45am.

Here's my issue. We are staying at CBR but we have a rental car and plan to drive to the parks because we have a toddler. I have read that the parking lot for AK doesn't open until 7:45am. If that is true, then by the time we park and get to the gate it will be 8am. I know I could take a Disney bus to the park in the morning....but I've had a bad experience before with a late bus making us late for our ADR.

So my questions are:
1. Does anyone know for sure that the parking lot at AK doesn't open until 7:45am?
2. What time could I expect the bus to pick up at CBR for an early ADR at AK?

Don't all the buses start running at 7am? Isn't that the first seating for breakfast in the parks??

I'd be outside at the bus stop at 7am and catch that first bus.

Personally, with two little kids I find the WDW transporation system much more convenient than driving and having to deal with the parking lot shuttles. The WDW buses leave you right at the front gates.

Have fun! We're dining at Tusker House for the first time this Nov. I got a late breakfast at 10am. I always feel like that park is so far away!

We had an 8:00 ADR at Tusker House. Take the bus. The parking lot will not be open. Be at the bus stop between 7:00 and 7:15 and you won't have a problem. Enjoy!
