Need travel advice-

DH has a business trip in Orange Beach, Ala. in late June. I am trying to figure out if it is economically feasible for DS and I to go to Disney for about 4 days before and then either fly or rent a car and drive to Pensacola where DH will be flying in. We would then fly back to the Tri-Cities, TN from Pensacola. This is just an idea that has been swirling in my brain since we are probably going to get APs next month, but everytime I look for flights doing a mulitcity route it's pretty expensive.

Does anybody have ideas on what would be the least expensive way to travel doing this?
